World of Warcraft

I logged into my Alliance character to talk to a couple of friends in WoW. They mostly play Alliance side. This was the first time they had seen my Alliance character, a female human priest.

“Slutty” was the term used to describe her. Cleavage, bare midriff, Daisy Duke shorts—woot! I’m considering seeing how well I can play her “naked.” (You can only go down to underwear in WoW.) With the priest’s shield spell, she doesn’t need armor. The stat buffs are the only reason she needs any cloths at all — that’s the only reason she has a mace.

But this is something I dislike about WoW — a character’s look changes completely within a few levels. I wish we could upgrade the enhancements on our gear, rather than having to change the gear completely to get better enhancements.

I really liked the nightscape gear I once had on my orc hunter, back around level 40. It was all black leather (that he made personally). But within 5 levels, it was all replaced with better enhancement gear.

I like my human priest’s slutty look right now. It’s just fun eye candy. But within a few levels, she’ll have a completely different look. Hell, 2 levels ago, she was in full robes. Every time I see my friend’s characters, they have all new gear and a completely different look.
