If I Was a Billionaire

If I was a billionaire, I’d create a production company to make modern music videos for older, pre-1980s songs. I’d love to make a Hotel California music-story video. That’d be cool as hell. I can imagine the whole visual story in my head, and I’d love to see that in video form.

There’re lots of old story songs that would make great story videos. Imagine seeing Werewolves of London as a music-story video. I always think of the movie An American Werewolf in London when I hear Werewolves of London on the radio.

Imagine how cool these songs would be as modern music-story videos:

  • Highway to Hell
  • Bad Company
  • Welcome to My Nightmare
  • Rapper’s Delight
  • Carry on Wayward Son
  • Riders in the Storm
  • Fat Bottom Girls
  • Copacabana
  • Margarittaville
  • Play That Funky Music
  • Bad, Bad Leroy Brown
  • Gimme Three Steps

If I were a billionaire, I would definitely finance this kind of project. Yeah, I know some of these songs have old videos, but they’re mostly concert footage. I want to make these as modern story videos (but not like Thriller, not a video longer than the song itself).
